Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, EC, Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop innovative, resilient, and future-ready SAP SuccessFactors solutions with a focus on Employee Central and/or Employee Central Time Management.

• Advise clients on SAP best practices and innovations, maintaining familiarity with the SuccessFactors roadmap and awareness of other HR technologies.

• Conduct client process walkthroughs to comprehend business processes and ensure alignment with solution capabilities.

• Design and configure SuccessFactors systems according to HR best practices to guarantee successful implementations.

• Lead workshops and training sessions for key users of the client.

• Ensure effective knowledge transfer to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.

• Collaborate with peers in SD Worx’s international Cloud Business Line to exchange knowledge and foster innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in leading at least ONE end-to-end implementation in SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Time Management.

• Experience with an additional module will be regarded favorably.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the capacity to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.

• A strong enthusiasm and proactive approach towards learning and staying updated with the latest SAP technologies.

• SuccessFactors Associate EC Certification.

• Solid understanding of HR processes.

• Proficient in conversational and written English (B2-C1 level).

• Enjoy taking initiative and working autonomously while being self-managed.
