This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Serve as a specialist in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC);
• Address complex incidents, defects, and change requests;
• Configure and implement enhancements for SAP SuccessFactors EC;
• Provide support for integrations, particularly with SAP CPI;
• Conduct analyses of performance and data consistency;
• Assist with quarterly releases of SAP SuccessFactors;
• Configure Foundation Objects, Business Rules, and Workflows;
• Facilitate integration with Payroll;
• Collaborate with MDF (Metadata Framework);
• Manage Position Management, Time Off, and Time Sheet;
• Lead technical meetings and interact with clients;
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for both the team and the client;
• Ensure that deliverables conform to business processes and ITIL best practices;
• Perform other related routine tasks.
• Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC);
• Familiarity with Core HR processes;
• Proficiency in EC Data Model Design;
• Experience with Foundation Objects;
• Understanding of Business Rules and Workflows;
• Expertise in SAP CPI and integration troubleshooting;
• Knowledge of MDF (Metadata Framework);
• Experience with EC-Payroll integration;
• Understanding of ITIL (Incident, Problem, and Change Management);
• Proven experience in managing critical incidents and complex changes;
• Experience with Position Management, Time Off, and Time Sheet;
• Strong analytical abilities along with documentation and communication skills;
• Capabilities in both technical and functional leadership;
• SAP Certification is required;
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
