This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Providing advice to federal, state, and municipal administrations, as well as public institutions, on the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Assisting with core modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (PT), Payroll (PY), pension and post-employment insurance administration (VADM and NADM), and position/establishment management (PA-PM-PB), particularly focusing on the public sector.
• Future support for SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and Employee Central Time (ECT).
• Implementing requirements specific to collective bargaining, notably collective agreements like TVöD, TV-L, TV-H, TV-Ärzte, TV-V, and regional company-level collective agreements.
• Knowledge of civil service pay regulations, including civil servant remuneration, trainee payments, and family allowances.
• Understanding pay-scale structures and step assignments.
• Managing annual special payments, performance-related compensation, and allowance regulations.
• Overseeing occupational pension schemes and supplementary pension providers (ZVK, VBL).
• Conducting pension adjustments and overseeing retirement/pensioning processes.
• Analyzing and optimizing staffing plans, budget management, and personnel cost projections.
• Capturing specific requirements and developing a fit-to-standard approach.
• Participating in and assisting with the creation of role and authorization concepts.
• Providing training for end-users and key-users.
• Engaging in S/4HANA transformation and integrating cloud solutions for modern HR management in the public sector.
• Collaborating closely with HR specialist departments and IT to ensure timely implementation of legal changes.
• A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in SAP SF/HCM consulting, preferably with project experience in the public sector.
• Strong knowledge of at least one of the modules EC, ECP, ECT, or alternatively PA, OM, PT, or PY, along with experience in mapping collective-bargaining and civil service regulations.
• Familiarity with specialized topics such as establishment/position management, pay-scale regulations, supplementary pensions, and civil service pay systems is advantageous.
• An understanding of requirements from TVöD/TV-L and ideally specific state and municipal collective agreements.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for teamwork.
• Proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel throughout Germany.
