• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay

• Capability to analyze and manage compensation plans

• Recognized expert in SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay

• Experience collaborating with international clients

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction

• Ability to document configurations
