This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Carry out functional tasks within the OTC (Order to Cash) process, such as: Billing: Sales Orders; Issuing invoices; Pricing (pricing procedures); Creating tax codes.
• Assist with SAP Notes related to Tax Reform, encompassing both technical and functional prerequisites.
• Aid developers by: fixing code issues (remediation); supporting new developments.
• Conduct tests: IT and integration tests; assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Engage in the migration project to SAP S/4HANA / Tax Reform, executing functional tasks for the OTC process.
• As a Functional Consultant, take charge of: gathering requirements (blueprint).
• Embrace "back to standard" practices in SAP Brazil Localization.
• Implement customizations and settings in SAP (customizing/settings).
• Provide support to Basis and ABAP teams with SAP Notes.
• Perform unit testing.
• Assist with business testing and UAT.
• Communicate requirements to stakeholders and key users.
• Train key users.
• Offer post-go-live support (hypercare/stabilization).
• Address SAP incidents reported by business users.
• Deliver improvements, enhancements, and fixes based on business requirements.
• Collaborate closely with team leads and project managers to carry out tasks.
• Review solutions suggested by other team members and propose enhancements.
• Actively engage with users to pinpoint and resolve recurring issues.
• Manage specific processes within the functional domain.
• Comprehend business needs from the client’s viewpoint.
• Carry out other routine tasks within the area.
• Proven experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant, with a solid understanding of SAP LES-TRA.
• Background in integrating with other systems.
• Familiarity with SAP Brazil Localization, particularly NF-e (outbound).
• Expertise in pricing strategies.
• Experience in enhancing sales processes.
• Background in implementation projects, upgrades, and rollouts.
• Knowledge of SAP DRC, Sovos, OneSource, and Easyway.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (RISE).
• Ability to work with multiple teams across various regions.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Language proficiency: Advanced English for communication (an interview will be conducted in English).
