Senior SAP SD, Logistics Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.

📋 Description

• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements related to sales, distribution, and logistics operations.

• Configure and provide support for SAP SD solutions, encompassing order management, pricing, deliveries, billing, and returns.

• Develop and enhance comprehensive Order-to-Cash processes and associated logistics workflows.

• Lead the design and support for Handling Unit Management processes, batch determination, and logistics execution scenarios.

• Create and assist with integrations between SAP SD and EWM, WM, and external 3PL providers.

• Collaborate with teams from MM, EWM, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth process integration.

• Aid in testing, deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities.

• Provide guidance to stakeholders on SAP best practices, process harmonization, and solution design.

• Assist with global template, rollout, and transformation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 8 years of experience in SAP consulting.

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP SD and comprehensive Order-to-Cash processes.

• Demonstrated expertise in Handling Unit Management.

• Familiarity with batch determination processes within sales and logistics contexts.

• Experience with integrating SAP SD with EWM and/or external 3PL providers.

• Proven track record in delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects.

• Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, including integration with MM, EWM/WM, TM, Manufacturing, and Finance.

• Experience leading workshops and engaging directly with business stakeholders.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated industries is a plus.

• Proficiency in English.
