Senior SAP SD, Logistics Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Facilitate workshops and collect business requirements related to sales, distribution, and logistics operations.

• Configure and provide support for SAP SD solutions, encompassing order management, pricing, deliveries, billing, and returns.

• Design and enhance comprehensive Order-to-Cash processes along with associated logistics flows.

• Spearhead the design and support for Handling Unit Management processes, batch determination, and logistics execution scenarios.

• Develop and maintain integrations between SAP SD and EWM, WM, as well as external 3PL providers.

• Work collaboratively with MM, EWM, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of processes.

• Assist with testing, deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities.

• Provide counsel to stakeholders on SAP best practices, process harmonization, and solution design.

• Contribute to global template, rollout, and transformation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of consulting experience in SAP.

• Strong practical experience with SAP SD and comprehensive Order-to-Cash processes.

• Demonstrated expertise in Handling Unit Management.

• Familiarity with batch determination processes within sales and logistics contexts.

• Experience in integrating SAP SD with EWM and/or external 3PL providers.

• Background in delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects.

• Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, including integration with MM, EWM/WM, TM, Manufacturing, and Finance.

• Experience leading workshops and engaging directly with business stakeholders.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated industries is advantageous.

• Proficient in English.
