Senior SAP QM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide functional consulting for SAP QM.

• Serve as a Functional SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Consultant specifically for the Quality Management (QM) module.

• Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops with business stakeholders to identify compliance, gaps, and areas for improvement.

• Analyze, map, and enhance business processes utilizing SAP Best Practices.

• Act as the go-to expert for the functional QM module throughout all phases of the project.

• Ensure that solutions comply with Clean Core principles.

• Configure and set parameters for processes within the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment.

• Conduct configurations using:

• Central Business Configuration (CBC);

• SSCUIs;

• Configuration Activities.

• Assist in functional architecture decisions that align with SAP Cloud standards.

• Collect and analyze requirements from business sectors.

• Convert functional requirements into scalable and sustainable solutions.

• Develop technical and functional documentation, which includes:

• Business Process Design (BPD);

• Functional Specifications;

• Solution Design;

• Test cases and scripts;

• Integration definitions;

• Training materials.

• Collaborate with technical teams to define:

• APIs;

• Integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems;

• Side-by-side extensions;

• Reports;

• Forms;

• Custom objects.

• Ensure functional integration between SAP modules and external solutions.

• Engage in all stages of the SAP Activate methodology:

• Discover;

• Prepare;

• Explore;

• Realize;

• Deploy;

• Run.

• Assist in the planning, execution, and governance of SAP projects.

• Plan, execute, and support:

• Unit tests;

• Integrated tests;

• UAT (User Acceptance Test);

• End-to-end process validation.

• Support Cutover, Go-live, and Hypercare activities.

• Guarantee the quality and stability of deliverables.

• Manage incident resolution and analysis of functional gaps.

• Suggest continuous improvements to business processes.

• Provide support to key users during implementation and stabilization.

• Ensure functional integration between SAP modules and legacy systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

• A postgraduate degree or MBA is advantageous.

• Extensive experience as a SAP QM Functional Consultant.

• Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects.

• Experience in full implementations using SAP Activate.

• Familiarity with Fit-to-Standard projects.

• Experience with integrations between SAP modules and external systems.

• International project experience is a plus.

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

• Expertise in SAP QM (Quality Management).

• Understanding of SAP Best Practices.

• Experience with SAP Activate.

• Comprehension of Clean Core principles.

• Experience with Central Business Configuration (CBC).

• Experience with SSCUIs.

• Experience with Configuration Activities.

• Familiarity with SAP Fiori.

• Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is desirable.

• Proficiency in REST APIs.

• Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite is desirable.

• Experience in SAP and non-SAP integrations.
