Senior SAP QM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Solution Design & Implementation: Collaborate with business partners and product owners to comprehend, analyze, and document business requirements for new features and enhancements.

• Design and configure solutions within relevant applications to fulfill business needs, adhering to the client's architecture and design principles.

• Develop and sustain comprehensive functional and technical documentation.

• Agile Collaboration: Actively engage in all SAFe ceremonies.

• Work together with other members of the ART to deliver high-quality increments.

• Assist the Product Owner in backlog refinement and story estimation.

• Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in Quality Management, offering guidance and recommendations to business and IT stakeholders.

• Keep abreast of new features, best practices, and industry trends.

• Provide expert assistance for incident resolution and problem management.

• Compliance & Validation: Ensure all solutions and processes are designed and executed in accordance with GxP regulations, internal quality standards, and data integrity requirements.

• Participate in validation and qualification activities, including the development and execution of test scripts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established experience as an IT Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or a similar role, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.

• Profound functional and configuration knowledge in one or more of the following domains: SAP S/4HANA, with strong expertise in the Quality Management (QM) module being essential.

• Experience with integration with other modules such as Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Materials Management (MM), and Production Planning (PP) is also necessary. QM integration with LE-IDW is an advantage.

• LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems): Comprehensive knowledge of integration with LIMS, encompassing sample management, test result recording, stability studies, and instrument integration.

• BRH (SAP Batch Release Hub): Experience with BRH is a plus.

• Integration Expertise: Strong grasp of integration concepts and technologies utilized to connect SAP with other systems (such as BRH, LIMS, QMS, RIMS).

• Proficient in developing functional specifications for integrations.

• Experience operating in a regulated, GxP-compliant environment and with Computer Systems Validation (CSV).

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
