Senior SAP PS Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• We are seeking a Senior SAP PS Functional Consultant to take part in an international SAP initiative.

• The consultant will be tasked with configuring the SAP Project System, facilitating business processes, and ensuring integration with finance, project planning, budgeting, cost and revenue control, results analysis, as well as managing the project lifecycle.

• Drive the complete SAP PS configuration and design fundamental structural components such as WBS, networks, and intricate hierarchies to fulfill business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum Experience: A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience as an SAP PS Functional Consultant, preferably in complex, international, or large-scale enterprise settings.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong, demonstrable expertise in project definitions, WBS, networks, activities, project structures, and master data management.

• Financial Expertise: Established experience in results analysis, settlements, cost/revenue planning, budgeting, forecasting, and the Budget Information System (BIS).

• Integration Knowledge: Extensive background in integrating SAP PS with SAP FI/CO, SD, HR/CATS, and procurement (PO/PR commitments).

• Development & Migration: Proven capability to assess business needs, draft clear functional specifications for ABAP/Fiori developments, and carry out SAP PS data migrations.

• Lifecycle Management: A thorough understanding of SAP best practices, project accounting, and comprehensive project management principles.

• Soft Skills & Education: Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively engage with business users, finance teams, project managers, and IT personnel.

• Higher education in Finance, Accounting, IT, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
