This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee SAP projects by coordinating both technical and functional teams;
• Track and manage project key performance indicators (KPIs);
• Organize and lead status report meetings with stakeholders;
• Manage deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and are delivered on time;
• Develop, monitor, and regulate detailed activity schedules;
• Assist with the SAP Tax Reform project, providing support for tax-related enhancements and adjustments;
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP environments and legacy systems;
• Direct projects utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
• Engage in global projects, collaborating with LATAM teams and other regions;
• Proven experience in SAP project management;
• Experience with Enhancements, Upgrades, and Rollout projects in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA;
• Familiarity with SAP integrations and legacy systems;
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
• Experience in global projects and programs, especially involving LATAM and other regions;
• Capability to lead both technical and functional teams;
• Proficient in managing schedules, deliverables, and performance indicators (KPIs);
• Bachelor's degree is required;
• Preferred: Experience in projects related to Tax Reform;
• Experience working in multicultural, global corporate settings;
• Strong communication skills for conducting executive meetings and status updates.
