Senior SAP P2P Consultant / Stream Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of data specialists (both source and target) throughout the entire data migration process within the Procure-to-Pay sector.

• Strategize, coordinate, and monitor deliverables to guarantee timely and high-quality execution.

• Provide consistent updates regarding status, risks, and issues to the Data Migration Project Lead.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and ensure cohesive alignment.

• Define and align the scope of data migration within the Procure-to-Pay sector.

• Equip the team with a comprehensive understanding of migration concepts, methodologies, and limitations.

• Promote solution design for identified gaps in close cooperation with business and IT specialists.

• Lead documentation, data validation, and defect resolution efforts.

• Organize data migration inputs for cutover planning and execution.

• Ensure the readiness of system configurations in accordance with the template team.

• Create and maintain domain-specific migration assets to facilitate scalable rollouts.

• Continuously improve domain knowledge through close engagement with the expert community.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in managing SAP projects or workstreams.

• Extensive experience in the SAP Procure-to-Pay functional data domain, including procurement, purchasing, and inbound logistics.

• Proven experience in functional data migration during SAP ERP transformations, preferably S/4HANA.

• Capability to lead a team of consultants or data specialists within the designated domain.

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Self-motivated individual capable of thriving in high-pressure, fast-paced, and complex environments.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and IT teams.

• Proficient English communication skills are essential.

• Proficiency in the German language is a significant advantage.
