Senior SAP MM/WM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver Level 2/3 support for SAP MM and SAP WM modules.

• Assist with procurement, supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, and material movement processes.

• Collaborate on inbound and outbound logistics processes.

• Analyze, initiate, monitor, and resolve support tickets/incidents.

• Design, define, and implement minor enhancements within the MM and WM modules.

• Offer technical and functional support to business units and fellow consultants on the team.

• Maintain up-to-date functional and technical documentation.

• Manage tickets using an ITSM tool, preferably ServiceNow.

• Support integrations with tax systems, foreign trade systems, and TMS (Transportation Management System).

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior SAP MM/WM Consultant.

• Background in SAP operational support, ideally within an AMS (Application Management Services) framework.

• Familiarity with procurement, supply chain, and logistics processes.

• Proficiency in SAP WM and warehouse control/operation processes.

• Understanding of inbound and outbound logistics processes.

• Knowledge of Brazil localization, tax configurations, and TAXBRA.

• Experience managing tickets through ServiceNow or a comparable tool.

• Capability to prepare functional documentation, specifications, and quality records.

• Strong understanding of SAP module integration and its fiscal, accounting, and logistics implications.
