Senior SAP Manufacturing, Quality Consultant – PP-PI/QM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Facilitate workshops and collect business requirements for quality and manufacturing processes within a pharmaceutical context.

• Configure and provide support for SAP PP-PI, QM, and Batch Management solutions.

• Create and enhance comprehensive processes that encompass production planning, process manufacturing, quality inspections, batch management, and product release.

• Lead the design of integrations and support across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Logistics operations.

• Assist with integration involving MM, SD, WM/EWM, MES, LIMS, and other associated systems.

• Collaborate with integration teams on middleware-based interfaces and data flows between SAP and non-SAP systems.

• Engage in testing, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and validation tasks.

• Provide guidance to stakeholders on SAP best practices, process harmonization, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in SAP consulting.

• Proficient hands-on experience with SAP PP-PI, QM, and Batch Management.

• Experience in delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects.

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality management processes.

• Experience in GMP-regulated environments.

• Proven track record of integrating SAP Manufacturing and Quality solutions with MM, SD, WM/EWM, MES, LIMS, and Supply Chain functions.

• Familiarity with middleware technologies and integration frameworks.

• Experience leading workshops and collaborating directly with business stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to function effectively in international project teams.

• Proficient in English.
