Senior SAP Incentive Management Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Implement SAP Incentive Management solutions effectively.

• Collect business requirements and develop compensation plans.

• Calculate commissions and oversee incentive rules management.

• Assist with integrations, testing, and go-live activities.

• Offer hypercare support following implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in end-to-end implementation.

• Strong knowledge in functionalities and configurations.

• Proven ability to gather business requirements and craft compensation plans.

• Practical experience with commission calculations, incentive rules, quotas, territories, workflows, and reporting.

• Familiarity with integrations, testing, go-live processes, and hypercare support.

• Preference for multiple full lifecycle implementations.

• Experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders.

• Preferred integration experience with SAP ERP / CRM / Payroll systems.

• SQL and data migration experience is a plus.
