This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Comprehensive consulting for our clients in the area of SAP HCM time management (PT, On-Premise) as well as SuccessFactors Time Tracking.
• Analysis, design, and implementation of complex requirements within hybrid system landscapes (SAP HCM & SuccessFactors).
• Responsibility for solution design, customizing, and implementation, including integration with adjacent modules (e.g., PA, PY).
• Management and execution of transformation and migration projects (On-Premise to Cloud).
• Further development and optimization of existing time management solutions, including performance and process enhancements.
• Quality assurance, testing, and support during go-lives and hypercare phases.
• Technical leadership of (junior) consultants and active knowledge transfer within the team.
• Support in presales activities as well as in the preparation of proposals and solution concepts.
• Several years of experience as an SAP HCM consultant with a focus on time management (PT).
• Solid knowledge of schemas, rules, PCRs, and the customizing of time management.
• Ideally, experience with SuccessFactors Time Tracking / EC Time and hybrid architectures.
• Experience in integration between SAP HCM On-Premise and SuccessFactors (e.g., CPI, Integration Center).
• Project experience across all phases (analysis, design, implementation, go-live).
• Structured, independent working style with a strong customer orientation.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
