Senior SAP HCM Consultant – Nationwide

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop requirement analyses, solution concepts, and architectures for SAP HCM on-premise solutions and/or SAP SuccessFactors.

• Assist our clients in implementing and managing complex SAP HCM or SuccessFactors solutions.

• Independently oversee our clients within the SAP HCM or SuccessFactors landscape, focusing on consulting, customization, and configuration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed university degree or vocational training in computer science or a personnel/HR-related discipline.

• Several years of professional experience in SAP HCM across one or more of the following areas: Payroll (including schemas and rules), Time Management (including schemas and rules), Travel Management, Organizational Management, Talent Management, or experience with one or more SuccessFactors modules.

• Optional: Knowledge of ABAP.

• Strong presence, organized working style, and excellent communication skills.

• High level of responsibility, a business-oriented mindset, and proactivity.

• Proficient in German, with good English skills.

• Willingness to travel is essential.
