Senior SAP HCM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Offer expert-level support and consultancy for SAP HCM Payroll, emphasizing Polish payroll.

• Configure, customize, and enhance SAP HCM Payroll solutions to meet business and legal requirements.

• Provide AMS services, including incident management, change requests, problem management, and system optimization.

• Ensure continuous compliance with Polish labor law, tax, and social security regulations.

• Assist in post go-live activities, focusing on stabilization and knowledge transfer.

• Analyze client needs and convert them into effective SAP HCM solutions.

• Engage in payroll testing, year-end processes, and legal updates.

• Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, offering insights on best practices and system enhancements.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, IT, and international AMS teams.

• Mentor and share knowledge with junior consultants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated senior-level, hands-on experience as an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant in an outsourcing setting.

• Strong practical expertise in SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management for Polish clientele.

• Extensive knowledge of Polish payroll legislation, ZUS, PIT, and reporting requirements.

• Experience in an AMS/support model (post go-live).

• A solid grasp of integration with other SAP HCM modules (e.g., PA, OM) is advantageous.

• Fluent Polish, at a native or near-native level, is essential.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Capability to analyze complex SAP HCM issues and propose effective solutions.

• Strong communication skills coupled with a customer-oriented approach.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Competence to work independently as well as part of a global team.
