Senior SAP FI-CO Consultant, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• In collaboration with your team, you will provide guidance to international clients across diverse industries while taking charge of (sub-)project management in SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

• You will conceptualize and execute innovative, AI-driven SAP Finance solutions that encompass accounting, controlling, cash management, and treasury operations.

• You will engage with cutting-edge SAP S/4HANA technologies within the realms of accounting and controlling.

• You will play an active role in advancing core focus areas such as GenAI in Finance, S/4HANA Finance, and Financial Reporting.

• You will assist in positioning our consulting services, recognize new business prospects, and pursue them under the guidance of your coach.

• You will oversee the entire project lifecycle: from documenting existing processes to creating a roadmap and implementing the new S/4HANA system environment.

• You will collaborate with both IT and business colleagues to develop solutions tailored to specific challenges.

• You will cultivate professional relationships with clients, management, and team members to ensure the successful execution of proposed solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of consulting experience in SAP Finance.

• Extensive knowledge in designing and implementing SAP FI and/or CO modules, including configuration and customization.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects in both agile and traditional (waterfall) delivery methodologies.

• A strong interest in AI-driven tools and the capability to integrate them into everyday work.

• Proficiency in both German and English at a business-fluent level.

• Willingness to travel to client locations on occasion.
