Senior SAP EWM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Managing support tickets and enhancement requests within the Support team, ensuring adherence to the SLA designated for each client.

• Recording and updating information in the ticket management and support tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience with the EWM module in both implementation and support projects;

• Background in providing customer support as part of support teams;

• Ability to think critically and adopt a solution-oriented approach;

• Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent);

• Capacity to respond swiftly and meet SLA requirements;

• Experience with demand workflows (including scheduling, requirements analysis, estimations, solution proposals, and execution);

• Familiarity with procurement and logistics processes;

• Knowledge of S/4HANA;

• Participation in S/4HANA projects is an advantage;

• Familiarity with Fiori apps is a bonus but not essential;

• SAP certifications are preferred.
