Senior SAP CAR Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the technical and functional expert for the SAP CAR module.

• Ensure the seamless integration of sales and inventory data across POS systems, ERP, and other applications.

• Configure, monitor, and enhance POSDTA (Point of Sale Data Transfer and Audit) processes.

• Implement and support solutions for Omnichannel Article Availability (OAA) and Unified Demand Forecast (UDF).

• Assist the business team in analyzing sales data and gaining insights into customer behavior.

• Define and validate integrations with SAP S/4HANA, CRM, VTEX Commerce, LINX, and additional systems.

• Propel continuous improvements, resolve incidents, and provide second and third-level support.

• Create technical and functional documentation and conduct knowledge transfer to internal teams.

• Work collaboratively with vendors and internal teams to address incidents and develop new SAP CAR functionalities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience with SAP CAR implementations and support.

• In-depth knowledge of POSDTA, including the processing and monitoring of point-of-sale transactions.

• Familiarity with OAA (Omnichannel Article Availability).

• Understanding of UDF (Unified Demand Forecast).

• Knowledge of DDF (Demand Data Foundation).

• Experience with Inventory Visibility and Real-time Sales Analytics.

• Background in integrating with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.

• Proficiency in retail data models (items/articles, stores, promotions, sales, inventory).

• Intermediate to advanced English skills (reading and technical communication).

• Plus: familiarity with SAP HANA, SLT, and ABAP debugging.

• Ideally, prior experience in retail, consumer goods, or e-commerce sectors.
