This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Collaborate with extensive technical expertise in networking (Core Network Fundamentals), SAP Basis, and SAP S/4HANA;
• Act as the primary liaison for managing critical escalations, connecting clients, internal teams, and leadership;
• Oversee the complete escalation lifecycle, including initiation, analysis, action planning, resolution, and closure;
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop structured plans with deadlines, assigned owners, and success metrics;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, product, engineering, support, and commercial/sales) to address incidents;
• Facilitate status meetings, alignment sessions, and executive presentations;
• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including executive-level personnel;
• Convert technical challenges into business impacts and actionable strategies;
• Generate detailed documentation (meeting minutes, action plans, reports, post-mortems);
• Track performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest continuous improvements;
• Function effectively under pressure, managing multiple incidents concurrently;
• Anticipate risks and develop contingency plans;
• Perform other routine tasks as necessary.
• Significant experience with SAP BASIS and SAP S/4HANA;
• Background in system upgrades and infrastructure management;
• Knowledge of network fundamentals, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance;
• Familiarity with VPN technologies (IPsec, SSL/TLS, Site-to-Site, and Client VPN);
• Experience with AWS (VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect);
• Proficient in Azure (VNet, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, Virtual WAN);
• Experience with GCP (VPC, Cloud VPN, Cloud Interconnect);
• Understanding of BGP, routing, subnetting, and firewalls;
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar;
• Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, or comparable frameworks;
• Ability to analyze data and metrics effectively;
• Understanding of network security, cryptography, and certificates;
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities;
• Capability to engage with diverse audiences (both technical and executive);
• Bachelor's degree required.
