This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You enhance and expand the entire sales funnel with a strong emphasis on efficiency and growth.

• At least 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Enablement.
• Strong background in forecasting, funnel analysis, and KPI management.
• Admin-level proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
• Knowledge of data structures, process logic, and automation.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation solutions.
