📋 Description

• Develop and steer the long-term product roadmap for Flosum's five product lines: DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.

• Discover market opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem where Flosum can innovate new categories or gain market share from competitors.

• Convert extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform (metadata architecture, deployment models, Agentforce, Data Cloud, multi-org environments) into valuable product features that enterprise clients are willing to invest in.

• Anticipate Salesforce's product evolution (with three releases annually) and strategically position Flosum to leverage every platform transition.

• Spearhead the development of the next generation of AI-enhanced DevOps functionalities based on Agentforce, including intelligent deployment agents, AI-driven code reviews, automated security assessments, and predictive release management.

• Collaborate directly with Fortune 500 clients and prospects to gain a deep understanding of their challenges related to Salesforce development, security, compliance, and data management.

• Work closely with engineering teams to meet ambitious deadlines. Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination.

• Establish and monitor product KPIs: adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, and competitive win rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to the Salesforce ecosystem or related platforms.

• Profound technical expertise in the Salesforce platform: metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.

• Demonstrated success in delivering products that enterprise customers (including Fortune 500 and regulated industries) have adopted and purchased. Focus on products, not just features.

• Strongly preferred experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tools.

• Well-versed in the competitive landscape, including Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX, understanding their strengths and weaknesses.

• Strong insights into how AI/ML (especially Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud) will transform the Salesforce development and governance environment.

• Hands-on approach to execution. You write PRDs, engage with customers, review wireframes, and participate in sprint reviews. You do not manage from a distance.

• Outstanding communication abilities. You can articulate a product vision to a C-suite audience and draft a technical specification for an engineering team on the same day.

• A curious intellect with a proactive approach. When you encounter a challenge, you resolve it. When faced with uncertainty, you seek knowledge.
