This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Provide assistance with daily financial and grants management tasks for federally funded initiatives.
• Support budget monitoring, expenditure assessment, and financial reconciliation processes.
• Keep financial files organized and ready for audits.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in grants management, financial management, or accounting within governmental or consulting sectors.
• At least 1 year of experience handling financial data, utilizing spreadsheets, and performing basic reconciliations.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
