Senior Research and Implementation Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Create thoughtful and actionable surveys for research projects of moderate complexity.

• Effectively lead internal project meetings and engage in external client calls as needed.

• Develop clear, client-ready deliverables with minimal supervision.

• Organize and oversee the storytelling process for straightforward research projects.

• Begin to establish trusted and lasting relationships with clients.

• Assist in proposal development by performing secondary research, gathering cost estimates, taking notes during RFP discussions, and contributing to presentation materials.

• Confidently take on management-related tasks in research and strategy projects.

• Independently execute support roles accurately and confidently across various types of engagements.

• Enhance your presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Increase your understanding of financial metrics and how your responsibilities contribute to positive financial outcomes.

• Guide interns and Research & Implementation Associates in all facets of project execution to ensure high-quality work.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in a related discipline is advantageous, but we equally value demonstrable, relevant experience. We encourage candidates from a variety of educational backgrounds.

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, marketing, research, or a related field.

• A strong sense of ownership coupled with meticulous attention to detail.

• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Professional maturity, problem-solving capabilities, and strong time management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Knowledge of SPSS is a plus.
