This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Transform intricate research data into clear, engaging, and visually appealing narratives for clients in the pharmaceutical and medtech sectors.

• Share research outcomes with clients, emphasizing actionable insights and ensuring that all data translates into significant business implications.

• Design and carry out both quantitative and qualitative research studies in the healthcare field.

• Program and resolve issues in surveys using Qualtrics.

• Analyze quantitative data utilizing Qualtrics analytics, SPSS, R, Python, or similar analytical tools.

• Employ statistical reasoning to uncover meaningful patterns, trends, and implications within complex datasets.

• Conduct qualitative coding, synthesis, and the development of insights.

• Convert findings into clear implications for business, patients, and the healthcare sector.

• Develop executive-level reports and presentations.

• Present research findings to clients and engage in strategic discussions.

• Thoughtfully utilize AI tools to enhance research workflows while being mindful of their limitations, risks, and suitable applications.

• Assist pharmaceutical, medtech, and broader healthcare research projects across various therapeutic areas.


⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding data storytelling abilities, capable of transforming survey results into a structured and compelling narrative.

• Strong skills in both quantitative and qualitative research, including the moderation of research interviews.

• Proficient in statistical analysis and comfortable working directly with data.

• Background in healthcare, whether through experience, education, or research.

• Experience in presenting research findings to stakeholders or research sponsors.

• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R, Python, SAS) to substantiate the data behind insights.

• Preferably experienced in Qualtrics survey programming and/or Qualtrics-based analytics.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly PowerPoint/Slides and Excel/Sheets.

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance research efficiency and workflows, exercising sound judgment regarding data privacy, hallucinations, bias, source validation, and suitable use cases.

• Ability to work autonomously in a lean, high-accountability setting.

• Eagerness to be actively involved in all aspects of research execution.
