Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for site staff throughout the duration of the clinical trial.

• Provide assistance to the Global Project Lead and Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) during the initial phases of the project.

• Aid in the gathering of essential documents from the site.

• Conduct site qualification, site initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits.

• Supervise trial execution by reviewing study data listings, vendor dashboards, and CTMS issues/actions documentation to identify trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related discipline is required.

• An advanced degree (MS, MPH, PharmD, or PhD) is preferred.

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in clinical research is required.

• Proven experience in site management is essential.

• Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), regulatory standards, and clinical trial operations is necessary.

• Experience in oncology is preferred.
