• Act as a trusted advisor on regulatory and operational matters for skilled nursing and assisted living providers across the country.
• Track, interpret, and convey industry regulations, reimbursement updates, and emerging trends that affect post-acute care organizations.
• Proactively keep abreast of changes within the healthcare industry and assess their operational and regulatory implications for all levels of SNF and AL organizations.
• Design and present timely educational materials, including webinars, presentations, training resources, videos, and industry references.
• Generate thought leadership content via social media, industry articles, client communications, and participation in conferences.
• Address client inquiries regarding regulatory and operational matters through the Polaris Group Solution Center hotline and email, ensuring outstanding customer service.
• Conduct regulatory research and offer timely advice to consultants and clients on evolving industry standards and best practices.
• Execute offsite and onsite medical record reviews, regulatory assessments, and episodic consulting visits as required.
• Evaluate client data and compile detailed reports with actionable recommendations and follow-up plans.
• Assess consultant site visit reports for regulatory precision and quality assurance.
• Ensure accurate documentation, reports, calendars, and Solution Center records in line with company standards.
• Foster strong client relationships through prompt communication, strategic guidance, and professional assistance.
• Collaborate with internal teams on product development, educational projects, and consulting strategies.
• Represent Polaris Group at conferences, speaking engagements, webinars, and professional industry events.
• Identify additional consulting service opportunities and work with the sales team to enhance client growth and retention.
• Engage in and lead special projects that promote business initiatives, innovation, and organizational development.
• Undertake additional responsibilities and strategic initiatives as assigned to meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Education: Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree.
• Experience: Background as a Director of Nursing and MDS Coordinator, multi-site management, or similar experience.
• Licenses/Certification: Registered Nurse with AAPACN Certification.
