This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Lead the regulatory strategy and execution for designated Professional Hygiene and Crop Protection products throughout the EMEA region, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations (PPP, BPR, REACH, CLP, and national requirements).
β’ Serve as the Regulatory Lead for assigned active substances, responsible for managing dossiers and supervising technical content, submission planning, and adherence to procedures with EU authorities (e.g., RMS, co-RMS, EFSA).
β’ Oversee and execute EMEA product registration initiatives, including the compilation, submission, and lifecycle management of regulatory dossiers (PPP, BPR, national transitional).
β’ Handle post-submission tasks and engage with regulatory authorities, task forces, and external stakeholders to secure favorable regulatory outcomes.
β’ Deliver clear regulatory analysis, guidance, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients to facilitate strategic and commercial decisions.
β’ Work closely with R&D, Toxicology, and Hazard Communication teams on the scientific and technical facets of regulatory projects.
β’ Collaborate with consultants and data providers as necessary.
β’ Stay updated on changing regulatory requirements and proactively evaluate and communicate potential impacts on the product portfolio.
β’ Masterβs degree in natural sciences or a related field (PhD is a plus).
β’ Generally, 5β10 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within the chemical, biocides, or crop protection sectors.
β’ Strong understanding of the EU regulatory framework for plant protection products and biocides (PT1β5), with familiarity with REACH and CLP.
β’ Experience with EU Active Substance registration under Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 is highly preferred.
β’ Solid scientific foundation in areas such as chemistry, toxicology, ecotoxicology, efficacy, or risk assessment.
β’ Proficient in business-fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Proactive, resilient, and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities and working effectively under pressure in a matrix organization.
