• Manage search assignments for deep tech clients

• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates

• Develop and maintain a personal portfolio of clients

• Conducted searches, sourced, and placed experts and executives in high-growth technology firms

• Participated in and possibly organized relevant community events

• Acquired experience in working within an international, decentralized team

• Possess an academic background

• Have entrepreneurial experience

• Enjoy working independently with minimal supervision

• Familiarity with a B2B environment
