This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Create and implement detailed test plans that encompass both functional and non-functional requirements;
• Detect and record bugs, ensuring follow-up with the development team for their resolution;
• Automate testing processes wherever feasible, enhancing the efficiency and precision of testing;
• Act as a technical resource by sharing knowledge and best practices in testing and quality assurance.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including both manual and automated testing.
• Extensive experience in software testing, preferably within an Agile environment;
• Experience in validating REST APIs;
• Familiarity with tools for documenting test scenarios and monitoring execution (Azure DevOps, Test Plan);
• Proficient in testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and Postman;
• Understanding of Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban;
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure;
• Knowledge of Quality Standards (e.g., ISO 9001);
• Capability to recognize minor variations in processes or products that may impact quality;
• Experience in functional testing, data validation, and regression testing;
• Interaction with Intelligent Assistants;
• Comprehension of conversational flows and NLP testing (Natural Language Processing);
• Ability to evaluate the accuracy of assistant responses and their relevance to business context;
• Familiarity with SQL for querying and performing data validation directly on SQL Server.
