This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee quality assurance activities throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that outcomes are aligned with predefined objectives.

• Create and implement thorough testing strategies that encourage ongoing improvement and enhance process efficiency.

• Effectively prioritize testing assignments and projects to optimize resource allocation and achieve maximum results.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.

• Coordinate release planning and execution, ensuring that all quality standards are satisfied before delivery.

• Evaluate test results and initiate enhancements based on the feedback and metrics gathered.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in quality assurance and testing within software development settings.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and automated testing techniques.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in English at a conversational level.
