Senior Quality Analyst – Adobe Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, organize, and implement testing strategies (including functional, regression, integration, UAT, and others);

• Verify solutions deployed on Adobe platforms, including:

• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM);

• Adobe Analytics;

• Adobe Campaign;

• Adobe Target.

• Create and sustain comprehensive test scenarios and test cases;

• Detect, document, and monitor bugs and discrepancies;

• Work collaboratively with development, product, and business teams;

• Ensure a clear link between requirements and testing;

• Conduct manual testing and assist in transitioning to test automation;

• Engage actively in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, review, retrospective);

• Suggest ongoing enhancements to quality processes;

• Aid in defining quality metrics and indicators (KPIs);

• Mentor junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a QA Analyst (Senior level);

• Proficient in testing within digital environments and web platforms;

• Familiarity with solutions from the Adobe ecosystem, particularly:

• AEM (Adobe Experience Manager);

• Adobe Analytics (validation of tracking, events, tags);

• Adobe Target (A/B testing and personalization);

• Knowledge of test and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr);

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);

• Understanding of API testing (Postman, REST);

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git);

• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities to identify issues;

• Experience in test automation (Selenium, Cypress, or similar);

• Knowledge of tagging tools (Adobe Launch / Google Tag Manager);

• Basic understanding of performance and load testing (JMeter, k6);

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.);

• Adobe platform certifications;

• Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing settings.
