Senior Python Full-Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and manage Full-Stack functionalities across the platform.

• Develop scalable backend solutions utilizing Python.

• Create contemporary frontend applications using React and Next.js.

• Collaborate closely with the Head of AI and senior engineers.

• Engage in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

• Take full ownership of features from the design phase through to production.

• Thrive in a dynamic environment where requirements adapt alongside the product.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional Software Engineering experience.

• Strong proficiency in Python development.

• Extensive experience with React and Next.js in a commercial setting.

• Solid understanding of TypeScript.

• Proven experience in building scalable Full-Stack applications.

• Ability to effectively manage evolving requirements with limited documentation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive development approach.

• Experience in close collaboration with technical stakeholders and engineering leadership.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or above.

• Nice to Have: Experience in developing AI-driven products or automation platforms.

• Familiarity with modern AI tools, LLM integrations, or agent-based systems.

• Background in Healthcare projects.

• Participation in architecture and technical design discussions is advantageous.
