Senior Python Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain backend services and APIs utilizing Python, FastAPI, and Temporal.

• Collaborate with Postgres to create schemas, execute efficient queries, and ensure data performance.

• Create comprehensive unit tests and engage in code reviews.

• Implement DevOps principles, including containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.

• Transition well-defined features from development to production.

• Systematically troubleshoot production issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Python programming.

• Experience in developing backend services and REST APIs using FastAPI or a comparable framework.

• Strong skills with Postgres.

• Good practices in testing.

• Familiarity with DevOps concepts, including Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and basic deployment.

• Strong knowledge of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or equivalent.

• Background in a startup or a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
