Senior Proposals and Contracts Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Manages assigned contract processes across all contracting scenarios, which includes the coordination and finalization of customer contracts along with project specifications within budget proposals, contracts, and change orders.

• Aids management in handling complex tasks, such as updating bidding templates, creating bidding calculators, and developing process improvement tools.

• Assists the TFS team in responding to sales opportunities and collaborates with internal teams to suitably address Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP).

• Engages in cross-departmental communication and maintains frequent correspondence at the executive level on a global scale.

• Supports the TFS team in preparation for client meetings and Bid Defence Meetings (BDM).

• Logs all pertinent business activities and client interactions in the Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Proficient in Excel with the capability to utilize advanced formulas (essential).

• In-depth understanding of sales, proposal writing, and budget generation processes (essential).

• Experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) is required (essential).

• Exceptional ability to gather information from diverse sources and follow up effectively to meet client needs in proposal and budget development.
