This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Conducts investigations into claims by assessing applicable policy coverage, negotiating, evaluating, and settling assigned claims.
• Establishes communication with insured parties, claimants, and all relevant stakeholders to collect essential information, secure recorded statements (if necessary), and clarify the overall claims process.
• Performs physical and/or virtual assessments of damaged properties (when necessary), evaluates damages, and composes written estimates in accordance with policy stipulations and liability.
• Typically necessitates 7+ years of relevant experience or a blend of related experience, education, and training.
• Must maintain the appropriate adjuster's licensing as mandated by the states where we operate.
• Property-Field Adjusters are required to obtain their Part 107 drone license for conducting roof inspections. This license must be secured within 5 months of the start date; candidates must pass the exam within 3 attempts.
• This position functions within a professional office or remote work setting and regularly utilizes standard office equipment such as computers, phones, scanners, and copiers.
• Work hours may extend beyond typical business hours as dictated by operational needs.
• May be required to respond for catastrophic duty.
