This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
β’ Deliver prompt, courteous, and high-quality customer service to all policyholders and claimants by responding to customer calls and addressing their requests.
β’ Collect essential information from customers to initiate the claim process and identify the appropriate course of action.
β’ Manage a portfolio of claims, set initial reserves for all potential exposures, and make adjustments as necessary throughout the claims process.
β’ Coordinate repairs for property damage when required.
β’ Identify situations that may require escalation if the loss no longer meets the criteria for your oversight.
β’ Communicate and collaborate with involved parties regarding negotiations and settlements.
β’ Contribute to the continuous improvement of best practices and processes.
β’ A bachelor's degree (however, lack of one should not deter you from applying if you meet all other qualifications).
β’ Experience in handling real property damage is preferred but not mandatory.
β’ At least 1 year of experience in insurance claims and/or customer service.
β’ An active adjuster license is required: a resident state license if available, or a Designated Home State (DHS) license otherwise.
