This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the execution of projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing awareness of PHP, as well as access to physician health education and learning resources.
• Manage and coordinate the development of the PHP Wellness Workshop Suite, collaborating closely with physician subject matter experts and various departments within Doctors of BC to create curriculum content and facilitator guides.
• Facilitate working groups involving physicians, leaders, and internal partners to shape the design and delivery of wellness workshops, ensuring that content is effectively developed and communicated.
• Provide project coordination assistance for various projects and initiatives within PHP’s Outreach portfolio, including the implementation of the PHP communications strategy, the Physician Peer Support Initiative, and the Physician Wellness Network.
• Establish and maintain project management systems to monitor key milestones; engage with physician working groups to create event agendas; coordinate both virtual and in-person events; develop communication materials such as meeting agenda packages, reports, presentations, and resource documents; and create and execute a program evaluation plan to assess the impact of PHP outreach efforts.
• Oversee the coordination of all workshop and engagement requests throughout the province to boost awareness of PHP and engage physicians on various health topics.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field along with two years of progressive, related experience, or an equivalent amount of related work experience in place of post-secondary education.
• Proven experience in project management, skilled in balancing multiple concurrent tasks and projects with a strong attention to detail, while effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation abilities and knowledge of adult learning principles, needs analysis, instructional design, and evaluation methods, with a demonstrated capacity to assess learning impact and enhance adoption outcomes.
• Familiarity with BC’s healthcare system and experience working with physicians would be advantageous.
• Exceptional diplomacy, communication, and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to engage with highly trained professionals and diverse partners.
• Demonstrated capability to address a wide range of issues and navigate ambiguity and conflicting demands.
• Strong research and writing skills, with a proven track record of developing clear and concise communications.
• Demonstrated proficiency with PC-based software, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
