Senior Professional Services Partners Manager – Subcontractor Partner Solutions

📋 Description

• Take charge of the subcontractor partner operating model within Professional Services, which encompasses partner company onboarding, lifecycle management of partner consultants, coordination of access, tracking readiness, managing shadow and reverse-shadow progressions, overseeing status management, and facilitating offboarding.

• Create and implement a global strategy for subcontractor and services partners that enhances delivery capacity while ensuring quality, customer satisfaction, and alignment with regional business requirements, utilizing metrics related to capacity, quality, and customer satisfaction to inform decision-making.

• Act as the primary relationship manager for key subcontractor and services partners, fostering robust partnerships with partner principals and delivery managers.

• Collaborate with Professional Services, Delivery, project management, and regional leadership to assess staffing needs, evaluate partner resources, and maintain transparency regarding partner inventory, skills, capacity, rate management, and specialty coverage to enhance staffing match rates and minimize delivery coverage gaps.

• Oversee or significantly assist in contract and engagement workflows, which include contract initiation, governance of work authorizations, coordination of purchase orders, routing of invoices, administration of retainers, renewals, and associated cross-functional follow-up.

• Enhance partner delivery readiness by developing onboarding guidance, establishing enablement expectations, defining shadowing requirements, aligning certifications, and maintaining consistent delivery standards.

• Create and sustain partner performance scorecards, feedback mechanisms, and compliance frameworks to evaluate partner quality, readiness, utilization, customer feedback, and future alignment.

• Propel process improvement and automation initiatives across partner onboarding, engagement workflows, rules of engagement, and systems used to manage subcontractor operations across various regions to decrease manual efforts and enhance data accuracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven progressive experience in subcontractor partner management, Professional Services operations, partner programs, channel or ecosystem roles, or services-partner management within a technology organization.

• Experience in constructing, managing, and refining partner operating models or programs that facilitate scalable service delivery.

• In-depth knowledge of partner administration, contract processes, and management of terms and conditions in collaboration with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams.

• Capability to work effectively across Professional Services, Sales, Ecosystems, Marketing, Enablement, Finance, Legal, IT, Security, and regional delivery stakeholders.

• Experience in managing strategic partner relationships and establishing credibility with both internal stakeholders and external partner executives.

• Strong skills in program and project management, encompassing process documentation, workflow enhancement, governance, reporting, and global operational execution.

• Data-driven mindset and operational discipline, with the ability to monitor partner performance, capacity, readiness, and risk while translating insights into actionable recommendations.

• Familiarity with systems utilized in partner and services operations, such as customer relationship management, professional services automation, procurement, and partner portal tools, along with the ability to use GitLab.
