Senior Product Owner

📋 Description

• Oversee the digital product management.

• Perform discovery activities to pinpoint opportunities for revenue enhancement, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction improvement.

• Manage the product's operational aspects, tracking vital metrics (KPIs and KRs).

• Engage with stakeholders effectively.

• Serve as the liaison between Labs and Business.

• Suggest enhancements for the digital product and the product organization (maturity evolution).

• Assist in the professional development of colleagues.

• Strategically plan the product using a metrics tree, roadmap, memos, and related tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Digital Products.

• Familiarity with Product/Performance Metrics (MAU/DAU, engagement, satisfaction, retention, monetization, conversion, performance, and technical metrics).

• Understanding of Continuous Improvement and its associated tools (Lean, A3, PDCA, Kaizen, refactoring, and refinement).

• Knowledge of discovery frameworks and methodologies (Jobs to be Done, opportunity tree, prototyping, continuous discovery, design thinking, etc.).

• Proficient in prioritization frameworks and techniques (RICE, MoSCoW, Kano Model, value vs. effort, scorecard, etc.).

• Familiarity with UX (qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, personas, interaction design).

• Understanding of data analysis (basic statistics and data analysis tools).

• Knowledge of OKRs and KPIs.

• Proficient in tools for Analysis and Solution (Answer First, experimentation, programmatic creativity, slicing problems, step reduction, MECE, Divide and Conquer).

• Preferred: Degree in Technology or Industrial Engineering.
