β’ Take full ownership of the Marketplace platform from start to finish, encompassing catalogue management, pricing, availability, and operational functions.
β’ Serve as the primary point of accountability for all marketplace-related challenges and performance metrics.
β’ Enhance platform reliability, precision, and alignment with business objectives.
β’ Conduct audits to remove duplicate, irrelevant, or non-serviceable product listings.
β’ Ensure that all product pricing is precise, authorized, and displayed only in applicable contexts.
β’ Develop and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for product listing and onboarding, pricing updates and approvals, as well as order validation and processing.
β’ Minimize and eliminate order cancellations resulting from invalid or incorrect listings.
β’ 5β10+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Marketplace, or E-commerce platforms.
β’ In-depth expertise in catalogue management and product governance.
β’ Strong technical knowledge (APIs, backend systems, workflows, SaaS platforms).
β’ Demonstrated success in rectifying broken processes and establishing scalable frameworks.
β’ A strong ownership mentality with a focus on results rather than mere coordination.
