Senior Product Manager – Cyber0, Security Platform

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Cyber0 product strategy from initial discovery to MVP and beyond.

• Conduct in-depth customer research with CISOs, SOC teams, and cloud-native engineering organizations.

• Define and refine the Cyber0 roadmap, beginning with a modern, cloud-native SIEM leveraging Dash0's telemetry platform.

• Convert complex security challenges into straightforward, actionable product decisions.

• Influence the application of Agent0 (Dash0's AI layer) across detection, investigation, and response workflows.

• Collaborate with engineering on data pipelines, detection logic, and system architecture.

• Work alongside the GTM team to effectively position Cyber0 in a competitive and saturated security landscape.

• Ensure the product achieves tangible outcomes: enhanced detection, expedited investigations, reduced costs, and minimized noise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in the security domain — hands-on experience with SIEM, XDR, SOAR, or similar security platforms, and a solid understanding of daily SOC operations.

• Knowledge of contemporary security architecture trends: cloud-native security, security data lakes, AI-driven workflows, and platform unification.

• Proven capability to thrive in 0-to-1 scenarios — comfortable with ambiguity and capable of transforming a hypothesis into a shipped product without a predefined guide.

• Strong product intuition that harmonizes customer requirements, technical limitations, and business implications.

• Exceptional communication abilities — capable of clearly conveying complex security concepts to engineers, executives, and customers.

• Technical proficiency to collaborate effectively with engineers on data pipelines, detection logic, and system behavior, even without personal experience in writing production code.

• Experience with observability platforms (OpenTelemetry, logs, traces, metrics) (Nice to Have).

• Background in cloud-native settings (Kubernetes, AWS, microservices) (Nice to Have).

• Experience in building or utilizing AI-driven security or analytics tools (Nice to Have).

• Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment (Nice to Have).
