Senior Product Manager – Build Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and refine the product strategy and roadmap for the Build Engineering Reviews team.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to create thoughtful, scalable product experiences for engineering professionals.

• Develop a profound understanding of mechanical engineering review processes and customer challenges.

• Conduct user research and engage directly with customers to identify opportunities and validate proposed solutions.

• Convert intricate technical and workflow issues into clear product direction and priorities.

• Draft precise product requirements that assist teams in grasping both the problem and the intended outcome.

• Foster alignment across product, engineering, customer success, and go-to-market teams.

• Leverage data, customer insights, and product intuition to make well-informed prioritization choices.

• Support the team in balancing immediate customer demands with long-term product strategy and platform scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS settings.

• Demonstrated experience with technically complex software products.

• Strong skills in product thinking, prioritization, and stakeholder management.

• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product development process.

• Ability to quickly and confidently grasp complex technical domains.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with enterprise customers is considered advantageous.

• Background in CAD, PLM, engineering software, manufacturing, or other technical fields is a plus.
