Senior Product Manager, Android

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Complete ownership of the Android direction: take the existing MVP and advance it to a mature, scalable stage.

• Develop product strategy, roadmap, and prioritize the platform.

• Transfer and adapt features proven effective on iOS, along with unique Android-specific product solutions.

• Formulate and validate product and marketing hypotheses based on data, quickly testing them through A/B tests.

• Identify positive unit economics for the Android direction: work with conversions, CAC, LTV, ROMI.

• Analyze user behavior and identify growth opportunities at all stages.

• Collaborate closely with marketers for a cohesive journey from advertising to purchase (Android UAC, Meta, Moloco).

• Manage the backlog and ensure timely delivery in collaboration with design and development teams.

• Take over the ready MVP of the web funnel (quiz → paywall → download) and scale it.

• Optimize conversions at all stages of the funnel through A/B tests and identify growth points.

• Work with product design and development to enhance existing pages and flows.

• Coordinate with the iOS direction and synchronize product solutions across platforms.

• Participate in strategic unit planning and goal-setting.

• Gradually expand the area of responsibility towards product leadership in the direction.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have experience as a Product Manager in mobile products and have a background in developing subscription-based monetization products.

• Experience in scaling and optimizing a mobile product (Android/iOS) — advancing an existing direction to mature unit economics, not just launching from scratch.

• Strong understanding of unit economics: CAC, LTV, ROAS/ROMI, conversions, payback.

• Systematic experience conducting A/B tests: from hypothesis formulation to accurate result interpretation.

• Proficient with analytical tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, or similar) at a level allowing independent dashboard and funnel creation.

• Understanding the specifics of mobile products and the platform differences between iOS/Android, including subscription monetization.

• Knowledge of paid marketing and performance channels (UAC, Meta, Moloco, ASA) for creating a cohesive path from advertisement to purchase.

• Experience building and optimizing web funnels (quiz → paywall → download) is a strong plus.
