Senior Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You develop and deliver comprehensive features spanning both the backend (Ruby on Rails) and frontend (React).

• You create and implement AI-enhanced product functionalities (for instance, agentic workflows and AI-assisted features).

• You engage directly with customers to investigate and address user concerns.

• You take charge of features from conception through to production and subsequent iterations.

• You enhance system architecture, scalability, and maintainability.

• You work in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to tackle genuine logistics challenges.

• You play a role in technical decision-making and roadmap development.

• You assist and remove obstacles for fellow engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering expertise (Ruby on Rails & React).

• Demonstrated ability to deliver features from start to finish with a high level of ownership.

• A pragmatic approach with a solid balance between speed and quality.

• Familiarity with contemporary AI tools (such as Cursor, Codex, Claude Code).

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capacity to navigate ambiguity.

• A product-oriented mindset emphasizing user value.

• Proficient in English.

• **Nice to have:**

• Experience in B2B SaaS settings.

• Background in customer integration projects.

• Experience in the logistics sector.

• Proficiency in German is a plus.
