Senior Product Designer – UX Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Spearhead comprehensive product design projects from initial discovery to final delivery;

• Convert intricate workflows into user-friendly, centered experiences;

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs;

• Create and enhance design systems and interaction patterns;

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to outline effective solutions;

• Contribute to product strategy by applying strong product thinking and user empathy;

• Maintain a balance between speed and quality while operating in an iterative environment;

• Champion design excellence and uphold best practices in user experience.

• Proven experience in designing consumer-grade SaaS products;

• Familiarity with workflow-driven or dashboard-based applications;

• Experience in creating analytics-intensive experiences;

• Background in startup or early-stage product environments;
