Senior Product Designer – Core Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of design delivery throughout the entire product lifecycle

• Convert intricate business and user challenges into straightforward, user-focused design solutions

• Work in close collaboration with product managers and engineers

• Develop key design artifacts such as user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes

• Actively contribute to our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the user interface

• Engage significantly in usability testing, user feedback cycles, and data-driven experimentation

• Assist in high-priority projects like modular pricing, onboarding UX transformation, and the creation of AI Copilot features

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product design

• A robust portfolio showcasing user-centered design thinking and refined execution across a variety of projects

• Experience with complex platforms featuring multiple user flows, states, and dependencies

• Confidence in collaborating within cross-functional teams that include engineers, analysts, and product managers

• Capability to substantiate your design choices using data, research insights, and direct customer feedback

• A strong foundation of curiosity, practicality, and a consistently high standard for design quality and craftsmanship
