Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with over 5 years of experience in the SaaS industry.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers within cross-functional teams.

• Heavily utilize both qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making.

• Proficiency with AI design tools is essential.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience; bonus points for 1 or more years in creating and maintaining design systems.

• Demonstrated experience in all stages of the design process, including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.

• A comprehensive portfolio showcasing your design expertise across the aforementioned phases, reflecting a strong grasp of client objectives.

• Established visual design skills that prioritize the craft and quality of user experience (including hierarchy, layout, interactions, etc.).

• Proficient in Vibe-designing and familiar with AI tools for design.

• Experience contributing to multiple high-impact projects while functioning as a "team-of-one."

• An instinctive understanding of user, customer, and business needs beyond the obvious.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members.

• Skill in gathering and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative feedback.

• Ability to communicate and advocate effectively for design concepts.

• A passion for design, always striving for improvement and never settling for the status quo.

• Strong creative problem-solving abilities.

• A dynamic, creative personality, skilled at engaging and influencing diverse audiences.

• Provide support to Junior designers, PMs, and product engineers as required.
